It is a great idea to do this everyday, get into the habit of writing at least 10 things that you are grateful for at the end of the day, or when you’re feeling stressed. This allows you to focus on the positive, it also trains your brain to look for the nice things that are happening to you everyday all around you, instead of focusing on the things that aren’t going too well for you at the moment.
